• Responsible in maintaining and preparing information files,    providing information to supervisors and co-workers in written    form, e-mail, or in person.
• Planning and verifying daily activities and schedules of customer    service assistants.
• Compiling and verifying data or report.
• Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others & Getting    members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best    solution and solve problems.
• Maintaining the area's work performance level.

• This work would entail Transcribing and Typing Dictations of    Sound files or Video files to Word documents.
• Responsible for converting voice data into transcribed documents    giving full details as required by the client.
• To edit speech recognized documents and upload directly to the    client.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have excellent hearing acuity.
• Should be capable of delivering 400 lines in an 8 hour shift with    an average accuracy equal to or greater than 95%.
• Experienced in general transcription with sound English    background.
• Must have excellent command of American English oral, written    and grammar.
• Has the ability to transcribe “client-ready” reports.
• Knowledgeable of standard MS Office software - (Word, Excel,    Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
